How can we look after our mental health?

We were lucky to be able to take part in a workshop this week focussing on our mental health. We talked about different feelings that we can experience and how we can work our way through these feelings. The lady running the workshop gave the children ideas for strategies to cope with different emotions and the children were incredibly sensible, really taking on board what she was saying and contributing well to the conversation.
