Visit from an Paralympian

This week the school had a very exciting visit from the Paralympian Ollie Hynd. He gave motivational assembly about working hard in order to achieve your own personal goals. He then ran a PE session with all the children in reception and year 1. Firstly the children had to warm up, then they played a game and at the end of the session they needed to cool down. Very excitingly at the start all the children were able to touch or even wear one of Ollie’s three gold medals!
