Cat art prints

At the end of this term the children created a final art piece using all they have learnt throughout their art lessons this term. The focus has been printing and how with printing you can create more than one picture. They printed with different objects to make a background, then used a sponge in the shape of a cat printed this onto their paper. Some children chose to add stripes using a roller they had made with a tube and elastic bands. Then the last thing they did was to add detail onto the cats face.
