What is a house?

We have had some interesting conversations about what the purpose of a house is. Primarily we decided it was to provide shelter and a place we can be with our family and feel safe and secure. We then discussed what materials are used to build a house and the features a house needs. Some of the children have been busy making homes from reclaimed materials.
