Would you rather be a Suffragist or a Suffragette?

Wow! What a fantastic debate carried out by Sycamore class. All the children listened maturely to each other’s points, building their arguments and ending with a powerful closing statement. This was to help them to write their own discussion texts based on our non-fiction class read ‘Suffragettes the Battle for Equality.’ The children have enjoyed learning about the past to help them understand how they can affect the future!
