What is an irreversible change?

We have been really enjoying their Science lessons this term.  We looked at reversible and irreversible changes and conducted different experiments to investigate.

We mixed vinegar with milk to create curds, we mixed mentos with coke to create a chemical (and explosive!) reaction and we also mixed bicarbonate of soda with vinegar which created enough carbon dioxide to inflate a balloon!  A fun way to learn some fantastic new scientific knowledge!
