Baking our Mediterranean rolls

We concluded our DT project today and baked our Mediterranean focaccia rolls. The children learnt about the bread making process, how to make the baking process hygienic and knead the dough. They measured the ingredients and all had a go a kneading. While the dough was rising, the children wrote out the recipe and their own instructions on how to make the rolls. They were delighted with the results! They all took their rolls home to enjoy with their families. The final stage of the design process is to evaluate the rolls and think how they can improve them next time. Well done, Lime class!
