Investigating gases

The children have found out this week that volcanoes emit poisonous gases. So our Science work was to investigate the properties of gases. The children conducted a fair and comparative test to find it if gases weighed anything. They released the carbon dioxide from the fizzy drink by stirring vigorously. Ask them about what they found out!
