Introduction to mechanisms!

We had a fantastic time on our return to school! We spent the morning gaining lots of knowledge on how three simple machines work, levers, gears and pulleys. The children found out where we use these simple machines and experimented with making their own. During the afternoon we put all of our knowledge into action when we took on the mechanisms assault course! The children had to use everyday items which use these simple machines, without spilling their water! They did a great job!
