What do forensic scientists do?

This week, we have been lucky enough to be involved in a Forensic Science Workshop! it was so interesting to learn all about DNA about how scientists can use our DNA to find out information about us and to help them to solve crimes! The children then had to work together to try and solve a crime and identify a suspect using evidence that they found in the set up crime scene! I was so impressed by their skills and they were so enthusiastic during the session! I think that we may have some future forensic scientists in Elm Class!
