What could the characters be saying?

The class had great fun this week, taking part in some role play in English which focussed on our new class novel. We will be looking at several short stories over the next few weeks and they have really enjoyed the first couple of lessons involving our first story, ‘Monkey and Papa God.’ We read the beginning of the story, looked at the picture and then decided what we predicted the conversation between the two characters may have been! The children then performed the conversations in pairs, before sharing with the rest of the class. Some super ideas were shared and some great acting skills were shown!
