How long ago was The Stone Age?

To begin our Stone Age topic, we have been looking at just how long ago this time period was and how long it lasted! We took metre sticks outside and imagined that 1m was 100 years and making a line to show how long a line would be if it was representing how long ago The Stone Age was! In the end, we worked out that if we actually managed to make a full line, it would take us all the way from school to Shelthorpe Tesco!
