Land art

This term the children have been learning about the British artist Andy Goldsworthy. The focus has been how he creates art out of natural materials and uses the environment and changes of seasons to alter his designs.

The children this week found their resources such as sticks, flowers, stones and shells. They then drew a sketch of their planned piece of art and created it within the school grounds.

I think you would agree that they look amazing.
