What have we learnt about computers?

The children in Year 1 have been going to the computer suite and learning all about computers. They’ve shown fabulous perseverance, as they’ve found some of the things quite tricky. This half term, we’ve learnt how to-

• Log on to the computers using our username and password.

• Access the internet.

• Super mouse control.

• How to access purple mash.

• How to find the tools icon on purple mash.

• To colour a picture on ‘2paint’.

• To type words and use the space key, back space key and caps lock.

• How to save our work.

• How to log off a computer and leave it ready for the next child.
