We Remember

Today we joined the whole school in our Act of Remembrance. We all held poppies that we had made in class and laid a wreath under the Oak tree. We have learnt that wearing a poppy is a sign of remembering all those who have lost lives, or have been injured in wars. We are thankful to all service personnel who work hard to protect us.

We watched this short animation and discussed what we thought each section told us about both the World Wars.
