Clay Birds

This week the children have been learning about what makes a bird a bird. They have been focussing on the key features these animals have.

As part of this weeks learning the children have made their own bird out of clay. Making sure that it has a beak, 2 wings and tail feathers. I am really looking forward to seeing them, again, once out of the kiln and painted.
