New Topic- What are the Seasons?

We hope you had a lovely half term are feeling refreshed. We are very much looking forward to another half term of learning.

Our topic for this half term is ‘What are the seasons?’

The children will be looking at what the different seasons are throughout the year and look at weather patterns that occur during them. The children will also be observing how the natural world around them changes throughout the year.

At Robert Bakewell we firmly believe that reading is the key that opens doors for our children. Please ensure that you hear your child read daily and record this in their diary so that they can earn points towards our fabulous reading prizes.

Please keep an eye on our webpage as we will upload photographs on a regular basis, to showcase the wonderful learning that is going on in our indoor and outdoor classrooms.

We will have 2 P.E sessions each week. Please ensure your child has a full named P.E kit in school, further details can be seen in the newsletter.

Our homework is sent home half-termly, and has a selection of activities and please bring completed work in for showing to the class at the end of each half term.
